ISLAMABAD (NNI) The appeals against the conviction of PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in Tosha Khana 2 case will be filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday (tomorrow). According to details, lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry is currently completing the paperwork to file the appeals. Lawyer Khalid Yousuf will file the appeals against the decision of Advocate Special Judge Central in the IHC on Monday (tomorrow).
Lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry said that multiple punishments cannot be given for the same crime, the Special Central Court did not have the authority to hear it. According to the text of the appeals, Sohaib Abbasi was illegally made a sultan witness, the Bulgarian set Tosha Khana was kept by the former ruling couple as per the rules. The case was instituted without investigation and it is being subjected to political vendetta, the petitioner does not fall under the definition of a government servant.
